Kombulicious is a partnership between a farmer and a chef from South Florida.

Scott Lyons is a UF graduate and mushroom farmer.

His company, Sublicious Farms, is South Florida’s largest grower of organic, gourmet mushrooms.

His Blue Oyster Mushrooms can be found in dozens of South Florida’s finest restaurants.

Glenn Dee is a graduate of SMU and The Culinary Institute of America, NY.

He cooked in Dallas, Breckenridge, Baltimore, New York, New Orleans and Portland, Oregon.

He spent 2 years under Michelle Bernstein, at Sra. Martinez, then Sous Chef positions at Market 17, BoxPark & Taperia Raca;

…fermenting beer, pickles, salami and kombucha along the way.
